BRITTANY

Brittany has been an orthodontic assistant with Dr. Freedman since 2011 and brings over 20 years of experience to the practice. She is also our Brand Ambassador, and handles all of our sponsorships in the community. Known for her bubbly, warm personality, she creates a welcoming environment and is dedicated to providing exceptional comfort and care to every patient. Brittany’s compassion and professionalism make her a trusted and familiar face throughout the office. Outside of work, she enjoys going on adventures with her young daughter, Iris, practicing aerial arts, and getting lost in a good book.

KAYTLIN

Kaytlin graduated from dental school in 2017 and has been working as an orthodontic assistant for the past 8 years. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident throughout their orthodontic journey and takes pride in providing attentive, high-quality care. Outside of the office, Kaytlin enjoys spending time outdoors in warm weather with her dog, making memories with her daughter, reading, and traveling to any beach she can find.

NERI

Neri has been working in the orthodontic field for over 20 years and currently serves as the Office Coordinator at Village Orthodontics. She plays a key role in ensuring every patient visit runs smoothly, with a strong focus on organization, clear communication, and exceptional patient care. Neri is dedicated to creating a welcoming, stress-free experience for every patient and family who walks through the door. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending quality time with her family.

HAMID

Hamid has been an orthodontic assistant for over 30 years and has proudly worked alongside Dr. Freedman for the past 12 years. At Village Orthodontics, Hamid is known for his friendly, gentle approach and his ability to make patients feel comfortable while bringing smiles to their faces. Outside of the office, he enjoys reading, exercising, and traveling.

SHERIDAN

Sheridan is a Treatment Coordinator at Village Orthodontics with seven years of experience in the orthodontic field. Skilled in both clinical and administrative roles, she works chairside with patients, assists with front-office operations, and manages treatment contracts with a strong focus on clarity and patient satisfaction. Known for her adaptability and warm patient care, Sheridan plays an essential role in guiding individuals and families through their orthodontic journeys. Outside of work, Sheridan enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, and needlepointing.

HOPE

Hope is a certified orthodontic assistant and digital treatment coordinator at Village Orthodontics. She has worked alongside Dr. Freedman since 2011 and brings more than 20 years of experience in the orthodontic field. Known for her professionalism, warmth, and ability to put patients at ease, Hope is dedicated to providing exceptional care and maintaining the highest standards in her work.Outside of the office, Hope cherishes spending quality time with her grandchildren, who mean the world to her.

ELAINE

As a faithful employee to Dr. Freedman since 2016, Elaine, our Treatment Coordinator, brings both expertise and a genuine passion for supporting patients through their orthodontic journey. Known for being comforting, compassionate, and encouraging, she ensures each patient feels confident and cared for every step of the way. Away from the office, Elaine enjoys spending time with her two boys, cherishing the everyday adventures of family life.

GREGORY

Gregory has been crafting beautiful smiles as an orthodontic assistant since 2013. Gregory has worked alongside Dr. Bret Freedman since 2016. After a brief relocation to Brooklyn, he returned to Georgia and joined Village Orthodontics in 2020, where he now serves as both an Assistant and Invisalign Coordinator. He studied Sociology at Clark Atlanta University, where he also trained in private voice under the tutelage of Dr. Robert Adams and Glynn E. Halsey. 
Outside of the office, Gregory enjoys singing and traveling with his band, performing at weddings and corporate events. A certified dog groomer and devoted dog lover, he brings creativity and care to everything he does.

COLBY

Colby is an Orthodontic Assistant at Village Orthodontics with seven years of experience and a strong commitment to exceptional patient care. He is passionate about reducing dental anxiety by fostering an inviting, fun, and comforting environment for every patient who walks through the door. Outside of creating beautiful smiles, Colby enjoys spending time with his two dogs, exploring creative projects, and never passes up the chance for a little shopping.

GISELA

Gisela serves as our Office Administrator, coordinating appointments, schedules, patient financials, and customer service with precision and detication. A Georgia State University graduate and three-year team member, she is passionate about creating an organized, welcoming, and stress-free experience for every patient. Outside the office, she enjoys exploring new places with her dachshund, pursuing new hobbies, and sharing quality time and laughs with her sisters.
